Mr. Mamadou Ciré DIALLO is a lawyer from Republic of Guinea.

He holds a Juris Doctor in Public International Law from General Lansana Conté University in Conakry (Republic of Guinea) in 2012, a Juris Doctor in Public Law from University of Cheikh Anta Diop in Dakar (Senegal) in 2015 and a Master in Public Administration Law from University of Cheikh Anta Diop in Dakar (Senegal) in 2017. His Master’s research thesis was centered on the law and policy  of the Senegal mining sector,  with an emphasis on the  following issues :  fiscal regime, tax fraud & evasion, social & environmental  safeguards, local content, corporate social responsibility (CSR), business & human rights, etc.

Mr Diallo has also successfully undertaken specialized studies for which he obtained the following professional Certificates:

Migrations & Human Rights from the Strasbourg based René Cassin Foundation (Dakar 2017)

Extra-Financial Reporting & Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) from MOOC, ESSEC (Paris 2018)

Mr DIALLO has developed expertise in business and human rights through his various trainings and secondments  at entities  such as the Guinean Organization for the Defence of Human Rights (2012-2013) , La Rencontre Africaine pour la Défense desDroits de l’Homme (RADDHO) 2013-2014.

In 2018, he worked as a junior lawyer at FALL & Partners Law Firm in Dakar where he undertook several research assignments in matters such as mining taxes, mobilization and distribution of resource exploitation related revenues, illicit financial flows, social & environmental safeguards, human rights and investments, labor law  public procurement, public finance etc.
