Mr. Macodou NDOUR is a member of the Senegal Bar, co-founder and the Managing partner of the firm. He has been practicing law for over 23 years.
Mr. NDOUR graduated from University of Cheikh Anta Diop (Senegal) where he earned several degrees including a Masters in Private law, a post graduate diploma in private law as well as a Certificate from the European Institute for International Human Rights in Strasbourg (France). He was admitted to the Senegal Bar magnum cum laude.
Mr NDOUR’s areas of concentration include, among others, OHADA laws, international public & private law, civil & commercial litigation, labor, land, construction, real estate, procurement, corporate and general commercial law.
Mr NDOUR has held several teaching positions including at the Insurance Professional Training Center (CFPA), a branch of the International Insurance Institute based in Yaoundé (Cameroon) and managed by both the Senegalese Federation of Insurance Companies and the Ministry of Finance (Insurance Department). He also has been admitted as an arbitrator to the Arbitration & Mediation Center of the Dakar Chamber of Commerce.
Mr NDOUR has been elected as Member of the Board of the Senegalese Bar Association for many years. In this capacity, he has represented the National Bar at various national and international professional events. He has also authored several working documents relating to lawyers practice including the Bar’s internal Regulations.
He is the founder of the African Club for the Promotion of Human Rights and has published extensively on topics such as international human rights protection, land & real estate law, labor etc.
Mr NDOUR speaks and reads Wolof, French and English languages.
