Who we are

AF Legal is the product of the merger of two well-established and experienced law firms, namely FALL & Co and Macodou NDOUR Offices. The merged firms totalize over fifty (50) years of practice both domestic and international

In addition to the founding partners, the law firm is composed of 4 Legal Counsels, 10 Senior Counsels, and 3 support Staff. While its main offices are located in Dakar, Senegal, AF LEGAL is an international law firm.

Indeed, the firm's international operations and activities are structured around FALL Alliance (FA). Fall Alliance is a platform of carefully selected independent francophone law firms from West & Central African countries. Members of the Alliance include law firms from Cote d'Ivoire, Benin, Niger, Togo, Mali, Burkina Faso, Chad, Cameroon, Gabon, the Republic of Congo, Mauritania, and Senegal.

The overarching objective of the Alliance is to provide both domestic and foreign investors with a full and integrated range of legal, business, and tax services across the francophone African region.
