Dr. Aboubacar Fall is the founder of AF Legal Law Firm. He is a member of the Senegal Bar and a former member of the Paris Bar. He holds a PhD in International Business Law from University of Rouen - Haute Normandy (France), a Masters (LL.M) from University of Washington in Seattle (USA), a Masters in International Transportation from University of Paris 1- Pantheon-Sorbonne (France) and two Certificates in Petroleum Policy & Management from PETRAD Foundation in Stavanger (Norway). Dr. FALL has been practicing law for over 30 years. His areas of practice include natural resources law (mining and oil &gas), PPP, private equity, M&A, maritime trade law, investment law, infrastructure law, environmental law& climate change, governance and international commercial & investment arbitration, among others.

Amadou SOW , is a member of the Senegal Bar Association. He holds a Master degree in General Public Law from Cheikh Anta Diop University (UCAD). He has practiced for 37 years in the following areas: - Commercial law - O.H.A.D.A. law - Maritime Law - Labor law - Family law - Civil law - Criminal law From 1987 to 2014, Mr Sow has combined judicial practice with legal advice in a wide variety of fields, thanks to the expertise acquired with Mr Aboubacar FALL.
Felix BAUDIN
Mr BAUDIN is a lawyer at the Senegal Bar. He holds : - Diplôme d'Études Approfondies (DEA) in Private Law from Cheikh Anta Diop University (UCAD) with a major in civil and commercial law, contractual techniques, international private law, employment law and criminal law. - Master's degree in Business Law from UCAD Me BAUDIN has practised law for over 40 years at various levels and in different institutions, in particular : - African Development Bank - Banking Commission of the WAMU as an inspector of banks and financial institutions - Dakar Court of Appeal (Senegal) as an associate Lawyer - Faculty of Law of the National University of Abidjan and International Development Law Organization (teaching positions).
Sokhna Oumou NIANG
Mrs NIANG is a Senegalese lawyer. She holds a Masters in Private Law, with a major in International & European Fundamental Rights from University of Nantes and a Masters in Management and business development from Montpellier University. She also graduated from the Ecole Nationale d’Administration (Section B) in economic investigations and enforcement of trade regulations. Further she earned certificates of specialization in microfinance and Islamic Finance. For almost twelve years, she has served as inhouse Legal Counsel for the Ministry of Economy & Finances and the Ministry of Trade. She was in charge of legislation drafting and training, and developped a strong expertise in WAMU Central Bank (BCEAO) regulations, Islamic Finance as well as Microfinance.

Elise Groulx Diggs is an Associate Tenant at Doughty Street Chambers in London and admitted to practice law at the Paris Bar. She is an international mediator, specialised in business and human rights. Mrs. Groulx practice is varied: training business lawyers in the UN Guiding Principles (UNGPs); training bank CSR officers on Free Prior and Informed Consent (FPIC) in project finance; advising French corporations on their “duty of vigilance;” advising on supply chain due diligence for conflict minerals; providing guidance on respect for human rights guidance in pipeline security (VPSHR.)
