We advise and assist major banking and financial institutions including commercial banks and private equity funds among others, in various projects such as mergers and acquisitions. We advised and assisted financial institutions including International Trade Finance Corporation

(ITFC), AFREXIMBANK, private equity funds, climate finance, etc.

We conducted legal and tax in due diligence in connection with project finance projects. We also assisted international financial institutions in securing lending operations in Senegal and other regional countries but also international private equity found to secure a loan extended to the Government of Senegal (GOS);

Our lawyers have conducted due diligence concerning the Central Bank financial regulations. They also assisted an international investor in a 50 million euros transaction co-funded by the African Development Bank (AfDB) and European Investment Bank (EIB) designed to finance the first agribusiness project in Senegal.
